Most young guests especially school groups hope to see animals when they visit Armand Bayou Nature Center (ABNC). The reality if most animals do not want to been scene and do their best to hide from view. The Environmental Learning Center is a dedicated building where guest can see many species of wildlife.  Held in tanks guest can see and learn about fish, turtles, snakes, and reptiles on their own or with programming from staff.    

Originally identified in the masterplan for development, Kaser Design was given the task of designing a new interpretive display and exhibit program. Complete with new interior furnishings, tanks, and displays the Environmental Learning Center is positioned to present and interpret ABNC wildlife.
