Kaser Design, working with staff and stakeholders, created a comprehensive interpretive plan and exhibit display plan for both the Barksdale Global Power Museum (BGPM) and neighboring outdoor Air Park.  The new package of exhibits and sign program not only developed new displays, but also made best use of existing property.  The BGPM is best known for the actual podium and furniture from Eighth Air Force Headquarters from which U.S. President G.W. Bush made the first speech during the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001.
