The resort has grown to consist of two hotels, a casino, convention meeting rooms, a spa, a family entertainment zone, a waterpark, and several restaurants.  This growth has occurred over time and without a master plan.  Kaser Design services were retained to unify the sprawling resort by providing guidance for immediate and long-term expansion plans.  The first step was to add a chain hotel and at least one new franchise restaurant.
