Positioned on a mile long stretch of Atlantic Ocean beachfront property, this family campground swells to a population of more than 25,000 visitors during peak season.  Kaser Design partnered with a landscape architectural group to redesign the central core town center.  Future features were planned to include: a waterpark, water front amphitheater, shopping district and trail network.
