Maxwell Creek trail is a 2.8-mile out-and-back trail near Murphy, Texas. Starting near Murphy Central Park, the trail follows Maxwell Creek and meanders through various eco-regions, providing an excellent opportunity to observe common plants, animals, and birds. The trail also passes by one of Murphy’s historic cemeteries, now known as the Decatur/Maxwell/Murphy Cemetery.

Working directly with city staff and landscape planner, Kaser Design (KD) was brought on to add an interpretive program for the trail. The package of interpretive signs designed and delivered would include four signs.
