Dwight D. Eisenhower Park is a 420-acre park containing excellent examples of Hill Country landscapes, including wooded dry creek beds and rocky canyons. In addition to over 6 miles of paved and unpaved trails, the park features a reconstructed observation tower at 1,280 feet, offering a stunning view of downtown San Antonio.

Kaser Design (KD) worked with city staff and Friends of San Antonio Natural Areas to design and deliver the interpretive program for the main trail loop. The total package of signs would include park history, hill country landscape, the water, and the aquifer story. The highlight of the loop trail is the observation tower, which provides a spectacular view of the hill country and metro area.
