The US Army Corps of Engineers facility positioned along the Mississippi River is one of the nation’s busiest navigational locks. The site features a new “lock-master” building with a dedicated visitor center.  Kaser Design completed a site interpretive plan identifying indoor and outdoor display opportunities.  Phase one of implementation facilitated fabrication and installation of the following visitor center exhibits; Theme Graphic, River History Windows, and Benefits of Waterborne Transportation.
